I just want to remind everyone that we got confirmation that the scraplet incident with Whirl really did happen. Therefore, this scene also happened.

Megatron never hugging anyone before this time is CANON. Think about that. Yeah, that's why he became a sociopath who caused the deaths of trillions. Because no one hugged him!
